Thank you for considering Christian Life Preparatory School for your child. Since a quality education is important in the life of every child, careful attention must be given to determine the most appropriate school to meet each child’s needs. Please take time to read the information presented on this website before proceeding with the following steps.

 
1 Attend an Information Meeting
 

New families must attend an information meeting in order to be considered for admittance to CLPS. Please call the office at (817)293-1500 or email to RSVP.

2 Submit new family forms
 

New familes must complete and submit an Application for Admission (.pdf). An application including the Class Request Form must be received for each student interested in CLPS enrollment. Please review the New Family Registration Guidelines and Application Instructions before filling out the application. Completed forms can be submitted to:

Christian Life Preparatory School, 6250 S. Freeway, Fort Worth, TX 76134.

   
 
3 Schedule a Family Interview
 

Once we have received and reviewed your New Family Application, we will contact you and schedule a family interview.

Within 2 weeks after the family interview you will receive a letter notifying you whether or not the student has been accepted to CLPS.

 
4 Placement Testing
 

After you receive notification on the acceptance of the student, we will schedule a time to administer a placement test. Once the test has been reviewed we will recommend placement.

If the student is not accepted into CLPS, the registration fee will be refunded to you at this time.

 
5 Submit Tuition Fees
 

Tuition payments for each semester are made in monthly installments. Payment guidelines and due dates are provided in the New Family Registration Guidelines.

 
6 Enrollment & Schedule Approved
 

Once all required payments have been received, each student's final schedule of classes will be approved.

 
7 Attend Meetings
 

The final step in preparation for the first day of school is attending the following meetings.
