Welcome New Familes

Dear Parent,

Thank you for considering Christian Life Preparatory School (CLPS) for your child(ren). Since a quality education is important in the life of every child, careful attention must be given to determine the most appropriate school to meet each child’s needs. Our first step is to help you decide if this is the right school for your family. We recommend that you read the following:

Registration Guidelines for New Families Fall 2008

To insure that you get the classes that you want, you must turn in your registration forms as soon as possible after registration is open to new families.

Registration for new families will open on Monday, February 11th at 8:00 AM.  A registration form and fee must be submitted for each student.  A registration form will not be assigned priority unless it includes the required $400 per student registration fee. (Unless the student is not accepted for admission to CLPS, this registration fee is non-refundable.)

Please make a note on your calendar that the first tuition payment for the Fall semester will be due on May 15, 2008.  This payment will be one sixth of the total tuition due less the registration fee.  A 5% discount will be applied for all tuition paid in full for each student on or before May 15th.  A family with multiple students enrolled at CLPS can take advantage of this policy on a per student basis.

Please carefully select the classes that you will register for.  If your student is accepted, there will be fees applied when a course is dropped.  In addition to the non-refundable $400 registration fee, a $25 drop fee per class will be added and all tuition due before the drop date will also be non-refundable.  For example, the fees applied to a class with a tuition of $300 that is dropped on May 16th would be $75 ($25 drop fee + $50 (1/6th of tuition that was due on May 15)).  The cost for the same class dropped on June 16th would be $125 ($25 drop fee + $100 (2/6th of tuition that was due May 15 and June 15), etc.
