Welcome New Familes

Application Instructions – Fall Semester 2007:

1. Please prayerfully consider whether your family’s needs for education would be met at Christian Life Preparatory School.
2. If so, complete the application. Sections II, III, IV of the application and the course registration must be completed for each student.
3. Please attach copies of recent report cards and/or standardized tests for each student.
4. Enclose a $100 per family application fee, $400 per student registration fee, and $50/student test fee as required for the SAT test which will be administered April 4th & 5th, 2007.

Order of Events:

1. Family Interview- When your application is received and reviewed, we will contact you and set up a family interview at a time convenient for you.

2. Student Visit - We welcome prospective students to spend a day at CLPS. Please contact the school office to schedule a visit.

3. Calendar- The Fall semester will begin on Monday, August 20, 2007 and end on Friday, December 21, 2007.

The Stanford Achievement Test will be administered April 4th and 5th, 2007.
Fees: All due upon submission of student application. (Make checks payable to CLPS)
Application Fee: $100 per family - Non-Refundable
Testing Fee: $50/student (Due upon submission of student application) Non-Refundable
Registration Fee: $400 per student – Non-Refundable, unless student is not accepted. This fee holds
the student’s place in CLPS and will be applied towards the Fall semester tuition.
